Fabrick Koh-I-Noor transforms an old textile factory into a lively residential neighbourhood

Fabrick Koh-I-Noor proposes to transform a former industrial site in Prague into a thriving urban village. The spirit of Fabrick is captured in its name, a play on the Latinword fabrica, meaning workshop, art, trade, fabric. The old textile factory buildings inspire Fabrick’s new role as a contemporary makers’ and creative hub, with a hybrid programme that blends working, living and leisure. Brick will be used to showcase the project’s industrial soul.
