KBF is a mixed-use office and residential building, based on the principles of Open Building.
The structure, installations, facades and infill systems have been designed as independent systems that can be altered over time, which is unique for housing. The facades and structure are prefabricated, reducing the construction time significantly. The building has been commissoned by Lingotto and is fully engineered in BIM.
