SUPERWOOD, is a modular timber design system created in response to the housing climate crisis. It enables developers to create social and circular neighbourhoods, deliver high-quality affordable housing by reducing the design and construction process from an average of seven years to just two-three, and build adaptable, circular buildings designed for long-term resilience.

Founded as a social impact real estate developer, MaMa Pioneers combines modular construction, shared living concepts and smart operational platforms to create future-proof neighbourhoods with measurable environmental and social impact.

Together, SUPERWOOD and MaMa Pioneers demonstrate how innovative timber construction and community-centred development can accelerate the transition towards a more sustainable, inclusive and resilient built environment.
