Offering turnkey lofts, Fabrick elevates brick architecture while showcasing the site’s industrial soul.

Fabrick is inspired by industrial buildings and brings brick, steel balconies and 4 meters high windows to Almere. Inspired by the Superlofts concept by Marc Koehler Architects, the project offers 5 different types of loft which can be arranged according to the needs of the future residents.

MKA created a sustainable co-housing concept in which residents can realise their dream loft. When you think of Fabrick, you think of homes with high ceilings and large windows.
