SPOT is a 95-metre residential tower in Amsterdam, designed together with Mei architects and planners as part of the transformation of Amstel III into a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood. The tower accommodates a diverse mix of homes, including affordable rental apartments. Its distinctive stepped-back façade creates generous balconies and loggias, while allowing sunlight to activate the public realm between the buildings.

At the heart of the tower is an integrated Bikepark — a four-level bicycle hub that transforms everyday mobility into a shared social experience. Combined with generous outdoor spaces, green terraces, energy-efficient design, and an active plinth, SPOT encourages residents to embrace healthier lifestyles while strengthening community connections.

More than a landmark on Amsterdam’s skyline, SPOT demonstrates how high-rise architecture can place well-being, sustainability, and human interaction at the centre of urban living.
