UP! ZOETERMEER

We are pleased to announce that Team UP! has been awarded the tender Markt 10 + Frankrijklaan, a big step in the upgrade of the city centre of Zoetermeer —“The Hague’s New Town”. Team UP! designed a Superblock comprising two innovative high-rise mixed-use residential buildings.

In collaboration with Blauwhoed, VenhoevenCS, and Superlofts, Marc Koehler Associates is proud to contribute to shaping the next phase of Zoetermeer’s urban development.

Our proposal, UP!, introduces two adaptive urban blocks with a lively public plinth and landmark towers, delivering 235 homes for a diverse range of residents. The project is designed with a strong emphasis on flexibility, community, and long-term adaptability.

At Markt 10, we are creating a dynamic environment where makers, creatives, entrepreneurs, and residents can seamlessly integrate living and working. This is supported by highly adaptable apartments that offer opportunities for personalisation and co-creation. At Frankrijklaan, the development addresses the demand for housing by providing homes tailored to young professionals.

Generous rooftop gardens, shared social spaces, and a strong commitment to sustainability will foster a vibrant and inclusive urban neighbourhood where residents can connect, grow, and thrive.
