The project is developed by Campri and Did Vastgoedontwikkeling, located in Noordwijk and offers 52 lofts of which 21 duplex lofts of 75m2, 14 lofts of 67m2 and 21 friends/family lofts of 90m2. The total gross area is 6050m2 with an efficiency rate of 76%. The building is made 100% in massive timber, CLT and aims to be completed in 2025.

The building fits within its context as a horizontal slightly bended slag, elegantly connected to the open landscape with efficient and diverse loft apartments with lots of daylight and outdoor space.
